@nemobis@mamot.fr@paulasimoes Unfortunately it's toothless by design, especially when art. 19 is dead letter. Is there a european federation of journalist unions saying anything on the matter?
@nemobis not sure if there is, but maybe journalists being aware can contact unions/associations (both national and European) to see what can be done? (I understand the frustration with some articles from the directive, but even those that are a little positive for creators and citizens were fought tooth and nail to be there and in my view it would be important to fight for those rights to be exercised, otherwise next time it would get worse).
